I emailed Karen & Andy again after a few non replies & got a reply from Karen within 20 mins - vista has not updated your car was due to be built October 15 but is delayed to we hope Dec but I've asked for it to be built in Nov Then within 10 mins of the reply I got the dealers new car sale...

Ive had a letter from fords via my dealer saying they have now started rhd production (keep up fords don't you use this website) but due to demand my build is delayed till they hope late Dec My vista details still show 15 October I've emailed karen for a explanation :frusty:

Get your dealer to check the etis system They should have access to it

Deposit date is the day you paid your deposit Ordered date is the day fords excepted your order hence the difference

Have just had this reply from karen batt :- Your Mustang was allocated an early October build date and is still on schedule for this, current lead times indicate it should be delivered in December/very early January. You have my details below if you have any further questions. :clap2:

I got the same letter too. I emailed fords UK CEO to complain about delivery time, he said when I ordered mine early March that there was 1200 orders in front of mine. I then pointed out that I could go to the states & order 1 in 12 weeks No reply to that ! He did say 8 weeks delivery not the...
