  1. WHY WAS GT350R DEBUT IN LIQUID BLUE??

The thing is, most people like this color based solely on photos. It sounds as though it's complex like lava red or something. But you have to see lava red in person to get the full effect. If that's the case with liquid blue, then why not just simplify it to look like the photos? I think what...
  2. Rev Matching?

I didn't say you dont need to rev match, I said you dont need to heel and toe. You can rev match without heel and toe. Do it before the turn. But to answer your question, yes I have. Which is why I'd recommend that people new to track days look at miatas first :)
  3. Rev Matching?

You don't need to worry about heel and toe until you're an advanced driver. Really. For 99% of casual track day people, there are a ton of other things to work on that will make you faster than worrying about heel and toe. Automatic rev matching on a standard transmission just seems like...
  4. Getting a GT350 at MSRP

    Don't they all? :)
  5. Ordering Guide - 2015-2016 Shelby GT350 and GT350R Mustang

Sorry to beat this dead horse, but this guide clearly makes a distinction between the Recaros with cloth and the leather seats. Notice that everywhere the cloth seats are mentioned, they say "Recaro" and everywhere the leather seats are mentioned, they do not. It's not an accident and this is...
  6. Sound of the Shelby GT350R

Yes, it has active exhaust. It opens up depending on the driver mode settings or you can manually overide it.
  7. Ordering Guide - 2015-2016 Shelby GT350 and GT350R Mustang

Just noticed that it specifies Sync3. I wonder if that means all 2016 Mustangs will be available with the new Sync
  8. GT350 5.2L V8 Voodoo Engine (Pictures)

I think someone got confused because they announced at the show that the new Raptor is 500lbs less than the old one. I seriously doubt that the pulled that much weight out of the mustang.
  9. Vote for Liquid Blue!

    Me too.
  10. Vote for Liquid Blue!

That wasn't a picture of Earth he posted.
  11. Official: Ford Reveals the Shelby GT350R Mustang!

Body kit? I'm pretty sure the only differences are the wing on the back and the wheels.
  12. Official: Ford Reveals the Shelby GT350R Mustang!

Please tell anyone that will listen that we(me) definitely want it!
  13. Official: Ford Reveals the Shelby GT350R Mustang!

Finally a color I actually like! Looks like it's going to be offered on just about every vehicle too. The GT, Raptor, and GT350R were all painted the same plus I saw on one video that they had a Focus ST and Fiesta ST painted the same color. Looks like maybe Guardsman Blue or something? I was...
  14. GT350 renderings

Not sure about the lipstick around the grill, but the stripes coming out of the hood extractor is an interesting idea. I think I might like it better than the original. The shape of the nose on the '15 just doesn't lend itself well to stripes.
  15. GT350 as a daily driver?

Well actually it is limited production but I'd still happily drive it every day.
  16. Fox News Interview with Jamal on the GT350 Mustang

I think he said, "North American-based product." The words everyone seems to be missing, and I've heard him say this in another interview so it's very purposeful, is "For right now..." or "At this time..." Read into that what you will.
  17. GT350 Mustang Pricing [Update: rumored $52,995 starting price]

Doh! Carry on then. Although, the contemporary 5.0 had 1L more and still made about the same power but way more torque of course.
  18. GT350 Mustang Pricing [Update: rumored $52,995 starting price]

    It's only an additional 0.2L not 1.2L.
  19. Voodoo architecture.

    5000 total production run? Ugh.
  20. GT350 Mustang Pricing [Update: rumored $52,995 starting price]

I don't get all the comparisons to the Boss. Yes, it has a similar mission as the Boss - being a track weapon. But, the Boss was a fairly mildly massaged GT. The only really expensive parts were the new heads and intake. The GT350 is a completely different proposition. It has far more changes...
