I think it's due more to the heat and vibration and low quality part from Mexico. The hose keeps breaking at the same spot. On the bend by the weld. This hose run right along and close to the engine. This car's engine puts out a lot heat and vibration.

I agree but no one seems to be able to figure it out. The two mechanics that I allow to work on my car each have 35 years of experience. Even the mothership Ford has no answers. Idk anymore
Today new clutch sensor (4th one), new battery, and coming soon new AC HP hose for the 6 or 7 time. Can't remember now, been so many. Think about replacing the engine mounts.

That is possible and has been discussed. But can't really tell if they are bad. I just started the car up and there was some movement but just barely. When the engine was reved I some movement maybe a 1/8 or less than a 1/4 inch.

Well it's official.... The HP hose cracked again. In the same place as the others HP hoses. On the bend going into the weld at the connection.
Also, as a bonus, when I went to back the car out of the mechanic's bay to leave. The car would not start. The clutch sensor failed. 🤬

They get get big so fast. The thing I like about my Wheaton is they do keep a lot of how they were as a puppy. Willo still gets the zoomers at 11 years old. It's so funny.
Yes the whine was loud with the car parked and I would hear it and the clutch kicking on and off. My dealer was good and worked with me. They just have to confirm which part it is.
Currently taking the car in tomorrow to see which part failed this time. Then I have to go back once the part...
