You need someone that has a scan tool that costs thousands of dollars and can look at the spark on each individual cylinder, not one that gives you a code.

Too late for this advise but for anyone else out there that can't afford to drop a new engine in their car I suggest you don't mod your engine and then run it hard until you have problems.

Has any of the dealerships you have visited hooked up a good scan tool to see what is going on when out for a test drive. If you are losing power they should be able to see a no spark condition on the offending cylinders if that is the problem.
