saw the part about disconnecting center channel speaker, let me know if you try that, i am cautious about taking dash pieces apart & also read that fading speaker balance to the right some may help the sound. never knew this would get complicated haha. i will try out the fade to right thing...
so far my youtube music has worked ok, only been 2 days though, make sure it is the music app and not regular youtube. i had tried spotify and it was cutting out, not starting so got rid of that. see how you like those settings or if you recommend another setting.
I did watch a couple youtube videos last night, said we hear midrange sounds best and not highs and lows as well, so set your bass and treble a little higher and midrange lower, have the eq setting make a V shape. i also turned off the iphone eq, most of them did not work on youtube music...
yeah there a lot of choices on the iphone settings, i just tried to google best settings and quite a few said late night was a good setting and some said leave off or the rock setting. something to play around with i guess lol. maybe tonight i will see if any youtube videos about it exist.
Interesting, I will check it out here in a while on way home, did you try the increase bass setting yet? not sure how that would be with the stock speakers either. let us know if you find a really good setting, i never knew iphone had all those EQ settings before today.
I am the same, have not done an aftermarket stereo system since my 97 Chevy S-10 SS , had an amp, new speakers, new head unit, 10 inch sub, etc. lol. had CD's back in those days, thanks!
thank you for the settings, mine are currently pretty similar to that, will have to double check later. yeah i did not know about the iphone settings either till did some research. do you find that having fade to center you can not hear the rear speakers much? i have mine on center now too
Was doing some googling on best setup on the EQ and fade and balance settings for the base 300A stereo and found quite a few different suggestions. also read that changing the EQ settings on your IPhone helps also. I use youtube music app on my iphone, mostly rock music,(dorothy, pretty...
I was actually just thinking about ordering a base 1LT Stingray Coupe 2024 with no options and MSRP is now $70K with destination, I changed my mind when seeing the price, 2 years ago base price was around $60K , Chevy is liking the high demand I guess with the big price increases. & who thinks...
oh i did not realize it was carbon fiber, yeah i was thinking of doing the satin black, not sure if hennessey's gt500 wrap is carbon fiber or satin black. and yeah the red strips would be easy to take off if did not like them but it does add to it after more thought
Yeah, that is it . I was thinking of leaving off the red hash marks on the roof and front bumper and leaving off the black circles with the number. Just do the satin black hood and the red side graphics on both sides. I think it would still be ok on grabber blue. or do you think add the red...
Had an idea after watching a Hennessey youtube video of their GT500 Venom with heritage graphics, was thinking of doing a satin black hood wrap and the red front fender/door vinyl to my grabber blue GT. have any of you tried doing something similar to your Mustang? I would not do the number part...
How do you like it for just street driving? I would not use it on track, just street. does it ride pretty smooth in the softer settings? is the quality of mods Roush did good? how do you feel it will hold its value? better than a regular GT? thanks!
Have been looking at a 2022 Roush TrakPak 10-Speed for sale near me & wanted to see if anyone here has any experience with them? Pros & Cons of owning a Roush? Could not find a whole lot of info online and just a few youtube videos on them. it is used with around 6700 miles on it and asking...
I have not driven one, going to keep an eye out for any that may be traded in near me, nearest BMW dealer is about 90 miles away. looks like they could be a nice upgrade from Ford. will have to research a few youtube videos later on . does BMW have a good reliability reputation currently?
Did little more research & looks like M240i is better choice, B58 engine is supposed to be good, better resale value also. I priced them out on website and 230i is about $40k and m240i about $50k with only couple options such as color or wheels. AWD cost an extra $2k
