Awesome, I'm picking mine up Monday as well. Currently getting the PPF installed. Going to try and drive it through the mountains from Kelowna to Calgary, about 5-6 hours, hopefully no snow or ice on the road!
I take delivery of my GT350 on Monday and will try to register an ESP and an FMPP after that. If the system will allow me to reigster it, I will offer the same plan for Canadian Customers/Vehicles. I work for Aurora Ford in Yellowknife, NT and would be happy to discuss with anyone. Will update...
It's not 'FORD' as a whole, it's the dealer you are dealing with. Ford manufactures great products, which is why you are here. If you aren't happy find a different dealership.
I know I commented above but I have to say that is one of the best GT350 photos I've seen. Such a deadly looking stance, the AG/Black stripes black roof R is mint, great scenery too.
I know this is an old thread but felt I could add some info to this. Most won't care as this applies to Canadian dealerships only. I work for a Ford Dealership in Canada and the SVT dealer is sill going strong here. In the states any dealer can sell a Shelby or what used to be SVT, but my Ford...
justin that's a deadly color combo. Love it.
MCars isn't worth arguing with. It's like fighting with an ex girlfriend, she's just gotta have the last word. Let's just ignore him.
I sell Ford ESP (same as US but I am in Canada), and the Shelby GT350 is listed as 'Ineligible'. I would not be able to register the plan even if I did sell it to you. I've heard mixed views on this topic, that some dealers and customers are saying it is eligible. I will try and reigster an ESP...
You have to soap it and then park it in the sun to dry. Gives the best results. Just kidding, nice car. Thanks for posting a pic. The red and white really is a classic combo. Do you have any of it rinsed off?
396/TH400, I fuel injected it this summer, what a difference that made! Feels like it's has 50 more hp. It's fun, the family loves going for ice cream and doing donuts in it, just like I did when I was a kid.
