I have not had that problem. I have had my memory seats forget who they were several times though. Mostly, my problem has just been that they don't come back to position after having been in the courtesy exit position. I'd have that checked out pronto if it were mine. =(

Doesn't run on Win10 ~because~ it uses SecuROM. The wikipedia lnk that OP posted mentions that MS decided not to support SecuROM in 10 and that's most likely why the seller doesn't have any remedy.
