Unfortunately it will be a parasitic draw with the hardwiring kit only when the camera is activated based on your settings but it shouldn't be constant. If you're using the parking mode, you have the option for either collision detected or motion detected and the camera should only come on...

I have the battery fuse tap on fuse 32 and the ACC fuse tap on 23 on my passenger side fuse panel. I also have the hardwire kit set for 12 volts so if the battery ever drops below that it will turn off the camera to preserve the battery.

I just installed the Vantrue E3 to my Mustang yesterday. It took me roughly about 45 minutes for the full install. I'll take a look at my fuse taps to see exactly where the Battery and ACC fuse taps are tapped into and I'll report back shortly. I'll also try to send pictures as well.

Here's an update with the relay connected while the car is only on ACC without it being cranked. This is the pattern that I'm trying to accomplish. I've tried multiple relays and even connected the turn signal wire to my rear tail light turn signals with the same exact results.
