Damn Man, sorry to hear that it’s kicking your ass, cause it certainly fucked me up and busted my knuckles up trying to get it on. Long story short, I ended up getting a crank support put on by my mechanic and of course they put that belt back on
Yes, will burn up your stock cats. I could smell mine burning otw home after I picked the car up from getting the supercharger installed. That was years ago.
Since then I’ve done a whole lot, but what I did immediately after that was get kooks headers with hi flow cats. Never had any issues since.
Do you mean this? It holds the pulley while you loosen or tighten the main bolt, which you’ll only have to put one once because with the griptec pulley it slids over the shaft
I didn’t even hook that side back up. The bolt that holds the screw dropped inside of the fender well 🙄
The redline gets in on Saturday, so I’ll install that right away!
I figured it out. This was loose and made that fitting ride up, which caused the hood to not sit properly.
Well, at least I had an excuse to get a new hood strut! 😝

I have Roush and have had them for 4ish years now, and one side of the hood, just recently started being an 1/8 of an inch gap on the passenger side at the front of the hood. Almost like something underneath is causing it to no close all the way….. but...
Yep. Drive around like normal. The only time you would not, is if your tuner told you to do something specific, in a certain gear.
but do this….
Start data log up (hopefully at a stop light) and try to go through gears at least up to 5th.
