Backspacing and offset way off, should be around 50mm, you can look up a chart and measure, its better to stay with rims designed for the Mustang unless u have them custom made to fit.
Thinking your bf may not like all the attention u get driving the DIB Mustang??? My wife had a 2014 DIB , awesome color, she loves blue of course, sold it now have a Lightening blue 2018. At first i thought it was a little too light but def like it better than the DIB in direct sunlight. Also...
Thinking i read the PP2 cars all have nagride which has beefier hubs, same as the gt350? May use diff offsets? I have Apex 19x10s up front with 275/35/19s. Dont think i could go any wider without rubbing issues.
Swapped a set of PP wheels from a 15 on mine, not stock tires though, actually half worn tires at the front. No issues at all. Id jack it up and spin each tire , check for ruout , just eyeball it unless u have a disl indicator. Make sure they are seated and torqued to 150 ft lbs.
The base 18 GT rides smooth, not sportscar at all. The ride height is ridiculously high. I never drove a 17 gt base, but i can tell you my 15 gt pp, seemed way to stiffly sprung with not enough shock action. I have BMR springs and Steeda adjustables waiting for install. They should help. Gotta...
Yup thats the weld, its only tack welded, Ford prob wanted that to break before the cheap plastic housing everything is attached too! Some of the bolts go through the brake booster at the firewall, real PIA. I will try to download pics, hear there is a prob with that? If u pm me your phone # i...
Ok, so mine was cracked pretty bad and wouldn't hit the clutch lockout switch, the car wouldn't start. Yours doesn't sound like its there yet. I bought the part from a dealer on the internet, it was $120 or so for the whole assy. Which is crappy plastic!. Local dealer wanted $180. Its a tight...
Whoa, sorry just saw your post, you probably took care of it by now ? The whole Assyrian was a big pain to r+r, which is what I did. I think it's possible to remove the clutch pedal only , with some luck and have it welded and reinstall it . I'm really surprised more people have not had this...
I ordered ours on day 1. My dealer Galpin Ford in Reseda, Ca. Large dealership. I checked incoming a few days ago, they have about 10 new Stangs coming. Doesn't look like mine is included. All were GT Premium. I ordered a Base . I don't mind the suspense, ill wait to November then give them a...
Update, recieved the new assembly today, looking closely at the clutch pedal to the shaft , it is not welded completely around on both sides. Almost like they want the pedal to crack off before the whole plastic assembly cracks apart? Brake pedal is similar.
Ordered a GT Base, A10, PP. on the first day banks opened, oh lightening blue by the way, will replace the wifes DIB 14 GT. Haven't checked on the order but they did cash my $500 deposit check.
Here what you saying, but don't think so. Went to another dealer and talked with them.Car has 38500 miles on it so its out of warranty even though less than 3 years old. Anyhow the clutch and brake pedal are an assembly heres the part # if anyone has a similar problem, # FR3Z2455T, bought it...
Had the car at the dealer, they reinstalled the spring , put a new switch in and when they couldn't push the clutch to the floor, wanted to keep the car for three weeks and send it to there transmission shop. We tried to explain the problem best we could with Galpin Fords two 18 year old looking...
