I'm no expert but from what I've heard big turbo puts less stress on the engine and doesn't become a heat pump. Plus a bigger turbo means it can do less work to make the same amount of power. So if the stock turbo is maxing out at 400hp (probably higher but I have no clue) it is wearing out much...
They can tell anytime you flash the ecu. It throws only a code they can see and delete. Best bet would be to find a good service advisor and ask them what you can do. Some of them will make sure you're covered under warranty and not tell ford about that code. But sometimes even that might not be...
I pulled a 6.3 0-60 with nothing but an MBRP race exhaust, no tune. Before that the best I did was 7.2 but I probably just learn how to drive better. What rpm are shifting at in what gears? Plus man the track apps isn't that accurate so don't sweat it as much. I live in south florida so it is...
Nope, turbo engines only benefit more from lack of exhaust restrictions, I have read that from many sources, and I have the MBRP race and it does not lose any torque. If anything it was bumped up a hair or two.
Alright guys here's another video. What I've really like about this exhaust is that it is just so smooth sounding. You dont really hear individual firing like on some hondas, subarus, etc.

Installed the MBRP race today. Big thanks to Beefcake Racing for the great deal and speedy shipping. First off yes the exhaust is loud. On the first ride today I had some texting lady in a cx-7 try to merge in on me, I rev bombed her and she got so scared she threw her phone in the air and...
Nope, too much for insurance. And 260 rwhp is still more than enough to have fun with. I can break the rear end loose more than my brothers automatic 5.0. Plus I like turbos.
