I think it may depend upon how interested the dealer is in making it happen, and their relationship with the Ford Area Rep. A moot point now, but I was told that it couldn't happen once the VIN was issued...without canceling the VIN and starting over...... I don't remember the item I wanted...

No; it means that the car is scheduled to begin being built on a day in the week listed as "Scheduled to Week"; and should begin being built on the Day listed. However, this is just building the car. Once "Produced" and leaving the production line, then trimming it out with stripes and and/or...

Long story about that car....conflicting accounts from sales folks that it was a) available for $5K over; then b) sold; c) No, it's available; and d) not it was a special order for a friend of the owner......flaky experience with this dealer.
