Yes the studs on the sides are permanent. I was able to use the 15mm deep well on all 3 bolts

The Visors do not have home link on them. The console is from a manual but I do not believe it would make a difference. They consoles are all the same to my knowledge.

I got them from a guy on a different car forum. I can't give you an exact cost on the seats, because I bought the entire interior of the PP car I bought them out of. From what I have seen though I have seen multiple sets of just front seats go for over $2600. I have seen full sets sell for over 3k

Mine fit snug with a T-50... I couldn't imagine they would use different sizes in different cars but you never know. I just used a wrench I didnt want to strip anything. They are not terrible difficult to get loose if you use a 1/2 drive. If you have a breaker bar it wont be much work at all...
