Sounds like you will have to learn to live with it. Pretty sure most if not all manual mustangs do that.

I use my PP wheels in the winter so every time the dealer changes tires I get new damage on the wheels, I just use black touch up paint for it. The worst is when they cover it up with a black marker so you don't notice until that first wash after. Im planning on getting new wheels next summer...

Dr. ColorChip is your solution I used it a few times for rock chips from road trips, it is 100% match as long as you follow the instructions which are very simple. There is no way you could tell a small chip was covered up.

Just want to add that the 375 ft-lbs rating is at 10,000lbs for mt82, our cars weight in at less than 4000lbs so it can handle a lot more than our stock 370 ft-lbs from factory. A lot of people think these are maxed out stock and they are not thats about 650+ ft-lbs at 4000lbs.

Roush has cars that put down 600 tq at the wheel on the same mt82 as the GT.

FF tune is great and you cant beat the price of e85, paid $1.30 per gallon on my last fill.

My light switch buzzed 5 mins after driving off the lot from the dealer, it went away within first 3 months and has never returned. I did push on it occasionally when I heard it but i'm glad that its been gone for over a year now.

35k miles and no rattles, I did have the light switch early on sometimes but it fixed it self after pushing on it a few times.

Speedo on all GTPP is off from the factory by 2 to 3mph due to tire size I believe. There was a thread long ago about 0-60 and another member even managed to break his shifter and could not hit 4.4. Turned out he was hitting 4.3 when using an outside 0-60 timer not the trackapps.
