It's a Sync 2 thing, you either disconnected your battery or haven't started your car for a long time

I wouldn't want the 15 TB even if MPT could do it...I always return my car to stock when taking my car in for service.

I just tried my 15 TB and I confirm that it does not spin when starting the car even with MPT updated tune so 11-14 TB is the way to go!

How about if you take the coupler off and watch the TB butterfly while someone revs your car? I don't know if that's ok for the engine but you should see if the TB is functioning properly
