Much appreciated! I think part of my issue is I am not used to how high rpm stalls drive... much different. Working on part throttle logging now.
Thanks!
First off, I have looked and have seen different pictures, videos, etc.
My car is automatic 3.15.. I assume the vacuume line on the bottom of the cai elbow is needed for something but is currently capped off. Didnthe manifold, if1050x injectors and 5C converter. Trans is shuddering slightly...
Yeah, I had the Steeda No tune version with the restrictor. Zero mph gain between that and the stock intake same day same track. Would it have gained without restrictor and tune over stock airbox? I'm sure 5-10rwhp would be possible.
Cannot use the same tune on the JLT as the PMAS. If the PMAS is the no tune version, you have to use stock airbox maf transfer, which is different from the JLT transfer... if the PMAS is the tune version... you STILL have to use a different MAF transfer on the PMAS than the JLT. Test invalid.
Actually the same 5.0 that is in the F150s has the flex fuel tables open in the ECM. The motor can take it. Flex fuel tune just opens the tables up on the S550 ECM along with the tuning.
Wierd though.. you would figure a minimum of 20ish rwhp with long tubes. How was power/torque under the curve? did that improve? You can gain 4hp peak, but gain 20 in the mid range.
