Filled mine up while in Los Angeles last weekend and 91 was their premium.
Makes no sense to need 98 other than tuners can put a heap more timing in with the higher octane.
I run all our 2008 Super snake in Perth on 98 only as gas is a lot cheaper than an engine.
Drove down from Oregon to Fabulous Fords last weekend.
Was getting 380 going down and increased to 400 coming back.
I5 driving with the cruise control a lot of the way though.
Not registered.
Will bring the bug covered car to the pre meet.
Quick way to put 1000 miles on it, but having a blast with the adaptive cruise control.
Fitted mine and awesome exhaust.
Lucky I live in a rural area for the cold start up.
Roadtrip to LA to run it in and turn fuel into noise.
Thanks again Corsa and Jay from hypermotive:cheers:
Corsa fitted
Fitted the Corsa exhaust yesterday.
Took about 3/4 of an hour with no problems.
First impressions, very loud on start up but quietens down after 20 seconds.
Driving in traffic it is loud enough to hear it but not aggressive.
Get on it and it is quite loud but sounds good, not as...
Corsa exhaust
Corsa exhaust arrives tomorrow here in Oregon.
Car only has about 500 miles on it with the lovely wet weather over here.
Will do a run to LA this weekend for Fabulous Fords and will pass my comments on next week.
Also will try to upload good quality video to Youtube after the...
Front plate
Here are the front pictures.
I will separate front from back to avoid confusion.
The dimples were where I drilled the holes for the plate bracket.
I think the Australian model will have a different front mount as the plates are not as high but are longer.
Sorry about the bugs but...
Our car came in the US with the front number plate bracket and mounting kit in the boot.
But there are two dimples already molded into the front fascia that are small but quite noticeable to allow correct alignment of the number plate mount.
I would say that it will be the same with the Right...
I'm optimistic and I am hoping for a Feb delivery.
Anything earlier will be a bonus, this is exactly the same as we had in the US and Ford didn't seem to care.
Did a couple of hundred miles through the cascade mountains today.
Car is a pleasure to drive, still running it in so didn't push it to hard.
I can guarantee any one that buys one won't regret it.
Why you would consider a fusion instead of a mustang?????
Handles well and not to bad on fuel about...
Magnetic
Magnetic again.
Considered DIB but can't get past the Magnetic, also the boss said she wanted that colour.
Just going to start to get the goodie box organized to send back to Perth.
I won't hurry as the dealer was trying to get me to take delivery in Feburary next year, I guess they...
