Mine was good for only a couple of weeks. It seems sometimes the dealer can lock it in with Ford after you agreed to buy a vehicle before it expired, and sometimes not, I'm not sure how this works though.
Ford must really want your business :)
I used to see the $750 code after I log on but it was the same code they sent me with a Fusion brochure that I requested earlier. Now that I used it for a Mustang I bought, it doesn't show anymore and I have not received anymore of these codes. I won't...
Got my 2016 Magnetic V6 6M no options at Koons Ford in Sterling VA, they just had a sale at $19,732 plus $900 freight = $20,632 (over 4k off MSRP) of 24,700 plus 599 of doc fee. I had $750 of Ford Private Customer Cash incentive--thanks to this forum and community--that made the deal even...
The weight and size of my 2016 V6 is fine with me. Sure I wish it were lighter, so it can go faster with the same engine, but that would mean giving up some body and chassis strength (unless we go to expensive carbon fiber construction) and I don't want to do that. I had an '88 GT, and sure it...
The reason is the convoy takes a whole bunch of cars and deliver them via the cheapest route or truck/train schedule possible. They might even be waiting on other cars to get on the truck/train to get a full load. That makes even nearby destinations take longer then if all they did is just...
Hi everyone, this is a great forum. I've been cruising around here getting ready to get the new Mustang and there's been a lot of good information here. I just put a deposit on a 051A V6 in Magnetic a dealer had coming in a couple of weeks, now I got the new car wait jitters too LOL. Hoping...
I just want to give Deysha a thumbs up here. I PM'd her with a delivery question and she replied with information the dealer didn't want to be bothered or don't know how to get me  I bought a V6 that was ordered for dealer stock that just got on the train so is not something I can...
If I were to do this, would I officially own the car even before I see it, so that even if it's in bad shape somehow I'm obligated to take delivery? And would I be responsible for having it insured as of the day of the dealer locking in my purchase date, rather than the date of vehicle pick up...
What's the Bottom Line
I checked the Ford site and know about the $100 and $289 fees, but I'm not sure if the net price quoted on the Ford inventory search site includes these. Below is what the Ford site says about the V6 I just put a deposit on. Would the below $24,705 price include these...
