That plaque only signifies that the Roush supercharger was install by Roush in July 2010. Like I said, just because it has a Roush supercharger, doesn't make it a Roush Stage 3 Mustang. What you have is a standard Mustang GT with the aftermarket Roush supercharger and other aftermarket parts...
As they say, you get what you pay for. Personally, I stay away from the cheaper priced parts. Looking at the ones you linked to Ebay, the material looks really flimsy and thin, so thin I bet if you held it by the smaller end and waved it in the air, it would most likely bend and possibly even break.
