I'm not sure what your reading ,but I have never flip flopped once. My original point of this thread was that with the reported cost of the C8 and the projected performance it will have it is a much better buy than a 350 (Bang for the Buck) not complicated
Again not sure what your talking...
And just like that you did it again. With your incredibly razor sharp intelec you checked that ego of mine agian. Well done please don't let me get away with it.
Wow that's a whole lot of nothing. It doesn't matter if it has a trunk, doesn't have a trunk Mid Engine no mid-engine V8 whatever the cars will be compared simply because of their prices, plain and simple and the C8 will beat the 350 in price and in performance end of story. It doesn't matter...
This seems to contradict what you said above but is the point of this thread why would you buy a 350 which is a mustang when they could move up to a vette for the same money. Good job einstein
It has become very obvious that I did not know who I was dealing with here. You are by far my superior I did not even get the leg humping reference.
I realize now that because you have to pass buy a Ford dealer that has a 350 for sale on your way on and off base you now have your finger on the...
If you read my post you see I said sales manager not salesman. I do believe the person that is responsible for maintaining an inventory at a large Ford dealer knows what is and what is not selling. Also if you read my post you saw that I said a Ford performance dealer that also sells Roush cars...
If I were you I would thank god the the Lantern fly problem is not effecting Virginia.
The dealer can ask whatever they want the real clue here would be what he sold it for.
I do not need to take your money and you are correct a 350 really is just a Mustang.
Most people over the age of 11...
I think it was the incredibly insightful Rube Baker who once said "Mr. 350 your a great car and I would just like to say, your standing on the tracks and the C8/GT500 train is coming through butt head."
Not meant to be funny the little bastards are everywhere. You can't step on them because they can see you coming from behind. I have been to car shows and watched people try and step on one they look like they are doing the Mexican hat dance...
Looks like some good is coming from all this for you 350 guys your probly only a month or so form some really good deals on a shiny new 350. I was at the local Ford performance dealer picking up a lug nut and talked to the sales manager who told me they have noticed a slow down on the activity...
Me buying a C5 has nothing to do with a voodoo engine. I bought the car for my daughter because that is what she wanted because her grandfather had one. It does not matter what the name of the motor is the performance is what it is. I am not impressed. I do not need everybody telling me how...
I stand corrected you are right. I just bought a C5 Z06 which I have been looking for for over a year. I paid more for it than I should have but to me it was worth it as the condition is pristine and miles very low. Best example I could find. I do not have a problem with a 350 at all it is just...
Different opinions is all.
Price is how much you pay.
Value is how much you get for what you pay compared to what else you could buy for the same money. When the 350 first came out not much to compare to, not so anymore.
