  1. 3D Printed Protoype Turbo Manifolds: Eye Candy Monday!

Negatives are cost. This is a 6-figure investment in just the manifolds. The molds alone are roughly $50,000....plus we have the cost of 3D Laser Scanning, 3D printing the manifolds, CAD file creation, and then the physical production run of the manifolds themselves. (Plus the costs of every...

1.) Repeat-ability in fitment. Once we know the casting is perfect, we can insure that fitment is identical every single time. Building these by hand, on a jig, means room for human error. 2.) Volume. Fathouse (Jeremy Howell) is a single individual who has limited production capability. This is...

Zero components for this kit are Made in China. Again, sorry guys, not going there.
  4. Gavin's SBD TT S550 GT makes 842whp @ 13 lbs, 981whp @ 17 lbs. 100% Stock Motor!

I hate to commit to too much until we see our total production cost, but E85 fueling would require larger injectors + Fore Innovations fuel system.....which will 100% be additional costs. With that said, the base systems will support 91/93 octane power levels. (Up to 800whp.)
  5. Gavin's SBD TT S550 GT makes 842whp @ 13 lbs, 981whp @ 17 lbs. 100% Stock Motor!

There may or may not be a few credit cards the wife doesn't know about at this point filled with car parts, lol. But I plead the 5th. [ame]

  7. Gavin's SBD TT S550 GT makes 842whp @ 13 lbs, 981whp @ 17 lbs. 100% Stock Motor!

To make this an even more impressive feat, the car is a loaded Premium Package GT with Leather Heated/Cooled seats & 3.55 rear gear. Weighed in a 4050 lbs at the drag strip with Gavin in the car!
  8. Gavin's SBD TT S550 GT makes 842whp @ 13 lbs, 981whp @ 17 lbs. 100% Stock Motor!

And not just 9's....low to mid 9's...seeing the ET on the 1.85 60 ft. 13 PSI is nothing, so extremely impressed with the ET for the power output and less than stellar 60 ft on 20's. From a roll on the highway, this car is a monster already. So just eager to see the drag strip results match...
  9. Gavin's SBD TT S550 GT makes 842whp @ 13 lbs, 981whp @ 17 lbs. 100% Stock Motor!

PS- I'm going to put Gavin in touch with you for some upgrades. He's only a solid 60 ft on drag radials from going low to mid 9's as she sits power wise.
  10. Gavin's SBD TT S550 GT makes 842whp @ 13 lbs, 981whp @ 17 lbs. 100% Stock Motor!

  12. Gavin's SBD TT S550 GT makes 842whp @ 13 lbs, 981whp @ 17 lbs. 100% Stock Motor!

Can you imagine what this car would make on a manual transmission GT, well over 1000whp @ 17 PSI if the MT82 could hold it ;)
  13. Gavin's SBD TT S550 GT makes 842whp @ 13 lbs, 981whp @ 17 lbs. 100% Stock Motor!

13 PSI, as stated in article above. "Being this car was on the stock engine, the car was backed down to 13 PSI before it left the dyno and headed to the drag strip."
  14. Gavin's SBD TT S550 GT makes 842whp @ 13 lbs, 981whp @ 17 lbs. 100% Stock Motor!

Fathouse approached me about Gavin Stewart (a friend of the shop) a few months ago, who was eager to test our kit at the consumer level. Being we didn't have the production kits readily available for sale, I was hesitant, but agreed that it would be good to have a daily driver consumer testing...

As I stated above, I'm not going to give away any competitive information that could tip off our competitors. Whom we work with is none of your business, nor our competitors, and no amount of prodding will change my position regarding this.
