Might just need to switch to a tuner that uses HP tuners. The livernois tuner may not be on the same level as HP tuners in the amount of adjustable parameters.
PBD tuned. Mine will also shift soft and lazy on occasion under full throttle. Shifts are no longer as firm and quick compared to stock tune in drag mode.
The 2 to 3 shift seems to be the worst. I know a Lund tuned car that also said his does it on occasion. May be a 10r80 issue.
Even with...
Honestly not sure.Never really kept an eye on transmission temperature. My concern is how much damage has been done with nearly 20000 miles of driving with low fluid.
Will quiet mode be just as quiet as with the stock resonator with
a X pipe with the active exhaust. Concerned about cold start-ups and long road trips.
These are no longer a 10lbs saving per corner. Baer now makes these rotors heavier. It is only 5.9 lbs saving per rotor.

If weight savings are a top priority the Girodisc are the lightest. Baer has changed their rotors and the newer versions are nearly as heavy as the stock one's.
Do you have a update on your issues?
I was going to do the same procedure as you have done when replacing my fluid. It has been done successfully from what I have seen on video's.
Yes stock like drivability. Unless you plan on running e85 tune most of the time I would not bother getting tuned. Both lund and Palm Beach Dyno stated gains on the 93 tune are minimal.
