Try car-part.com. They're a search engine for wrecking yards. You should be able to find a used headlight on there for about the price of your deductible, with the added benefit of not having a claim reported on your car's carfax.
I believe there is some programming involved. A dealership should be able to flash your car's mileage to the cluster. Personally, I'd try to take the clusters apart and see if you can transfer the gauge faces from the new one to the old one - no programming needed that way.
I have a base '15 GT, with only the PP and the ruby red paint (extra cost) as options. Sticker on my car was $35k, I spec'ed out an identical '18 right down to the color, and the msrp on that is over 40k.

Don't buy the moddiction unit! Very poor customer service from this vendor. I've been trying to get the software update that fixes the daylight time issue for weeks now. I have PM'd them on here, and have emailed them directly but have not received a response. No one picks up their phone either...
Doesn't matter if the engine's hot or cold. Just leave the car sitting for 10-20 minutes to allow the oil to drain from the top of the engine into the oil pan to get an accurate reading of the level.
