I had the same issue with mine, torque management would just kill the power if you launched it hard. Once I got it tuned the issue went away and now I don't have to worry about it cutting power no matter how hard I launch the car.

I got the exact same noises for over 10k miles now, not getting any worse so im not worrying about it, dealer said whine is normal.

keep the 6 banger and upgrade to GT when they up the power.

Get the manual, like others have said it will make noises and you probably will get the famous whine on it eventually but to me it just sounds like a race car. 20k miles on mine and the mt82 is showing no signs of quitting.

Tune only GT is also faster than gt350 and 16SS [ame]
