Totally agree. Ford never mentioned carbon brakes, so no way its going to have them. They would definitely promote that if it was true. Same brakes on the R as the GT350.
Besides, zero cars have carbon brakes only on the front. It won't happen, doesn't make any sense and would be impossible...
Read the whole post. Please show me a link where Ford says the car has carbon ceramic brakes. Then show me another car that has only carbon brakes on the front, like the order guide says.
And all you guys complaining about the 6-way adjustable leather seats. No way Ford is selling this car...
Apparently nobody on this site took two seconds to think "maybe this order guide is totally bogus"?
Way too many weird entries on there, no way this is real. I haven't seen carbon ceramic brakes mentioned in any article about the GT350 or the R, and no way in hell they will only run them on...
Who gives a damn about the nurburgring time?? Does that affect your decision to buy vs another car?
I'd settle for HP/Tq if they wanted to answer just one question. I want the damn GT350 no matter what the answers to these questions are.
How is the aftermarket not making splitters yet?? I want to see one that's smooth along the bottom, not choppy like the stock one. See the E90 and F80 M3 to see what I mean.
LOL maybe if Shelby America actually got ahold of it, it might look like that. Fake hood scoop and rear window scoops? And they made the plastic stuff carbon fiber and added GT hood vents.
TopSpeed is probably right up there with Horsepower Kings with how reputable their info is.
These are all exactly the answers I'd expect when asking about air suspension on a mustang forum. Go do your own research and find the guys that are doing autocross and actually racing on air.

Use quality spacers and proper length lugs/studs and it's fine. People use huge spacers while offroading, like over an inch thick, and the wheel/tire combos weigh over 100 lbs a piece. Much more stress than a road course.
I think this trend is funny, people always want what they don't have.
The manufacturer puts on black plastic mirrors and people paint them body color. The manufacturer puts on nice painted mirrors and people paint them black. If those hood scoops were black from the factory, everyone would...
Car looks great, but also appears that you could use a healthy sized spacer on the front to push the wheel out a bit more. The grey one next to you has it's front wheel much more flush with the fender.
I'm happy those are gone. So tired of mustangs coming towards me with HID's in the grille 'fog lights' that blind the hell out of everyone on the road. Maybe that's why people got out of your way?
I'd rather they wait to unveil the car when they are ready to give all the specs and price. Hate this BS of teasing you with the car, then slowly releasing tidbits of info. Makes me care less when I finally hear about it.
Does the front wheel fit ok on the rear or would it need a different offset or spacers? Asking for people that want to do a square setup with the 20x10.
Good lord, how many lights does the car need on the front end?? Headlights, tri-bar DRL, side marker/turn signals, and fog lights come from the factory. I already think it's too cluttered, can't imagine throwing grille lights in there too.
My '98 Cobra had a Tial 50mm BPV vented to the atmosphere. The T-trim pushed a lot of air and the BPV was loud as hell. You can call it rice all you want, but it made 570whp and sounded mean.
The thing most of you detractors can't admit is the BPV is totally necessary on a turbo car, and...
