My rates went up $115 every six months with State Farm. I have my house, camera gear, another car and my boat through them to get the most discounts. I'm 31 and paying $616/6 months. I find the whole "get married and over 30 cheap insurance" saying not true. Oh, we all have sparkling clean records
Mine was showroom ready too. I knew every inch of that car and drove it only on sunny days and never in the rain. Hacked me off that I probably could have torched the thing and got more for it. I know yours was a year newer, but still!
I still put down what I wanted for the new 15 regardless...
The last thing I want is a bunch of sales people playing in it or the general public looking at it. I've spent a good deal of time in showrooms to know how the public looks at cars. It would be different if it was a run of the mill car everyone sees everyday, but I think these new stangs are...
Maybe line the mount with felt? Or take an old rag or cut up a microfiber cloth to buffer? You do make a good point though since I'm picky about things like that.
I gotta say, I really really dig that mount!!
Holy shit I'm pissed. My "trade in" value on my old 11GT premium with brembos with 34k was $19,500. I sold it on CL for 21,500 and was glad I got more than the dealer was going to give me. Here I thought I was being unreasonable for asking $24k for it.
I had 16 miles on my 11GT and my wife had 19 on her explorer sport. I was told it is usually from the dealer doing the PDI checks. I specifically told my sales person to lock mine when it comes in and not let anyone but himself drive it. Call me picky but I want to be the first to fart in those...
Ain't that the truth. My Brembos on my old 11 where always dusting on the wheels. They might have been black from the factory then.
Though I really wish ford would have given us PP people 20's option (I can't believe we have 20's on the mustang from the factory now).
Blah. Last week I was told my car was at the rail yard in OKC but then they found out it was one they ordered. My car still says awaiting shipment with one day left. I guess it's being held for QC issues? That's ok since I won't be back in town until next week.
I was considering picking up a gopro knock off. Won't feel bad if I don't like it or it explodes in a million pieces. Think they are one at for $80

Same thing happened when my wife was looking for an Explorer Sport. One dealership didn't want to honor X plan (and that is totally up to them), but then turn around and tell us they just sold one that day for $5k over MSRP like it's some magical unicorn.
Xplan would make the fees capped at $75.
Maybe I misread, but I though Flak said that even the MCA members received the discount. Luckily my brother is an EAA member. Glad I checked on this thread!
