  1. The Mach 1 thread

The only problem I see is that it is literally no different than a regular S550 except for graphics, wheels, and spoiler. From an exterior point of view, it's easy to replicate.
  2. Carbon buildup issues and their long term prevention

That's a good question. I'm not sure why manufacturers haven't come up with a solution like that. My guess is that it hasn't been a problem for long enough to warrant the R&D time on it.
  3. Carbon buildup issues and their long term prevention

Yes, oil catch cans are oil separators. It's not so much the EGR that's the issue as it is PCV and the heat that cooks it to the valves. When I say don't lug it around, mainly saying just don't keep the RPMs low for long periods of time. Not necessarily literally lugging the engine. In the...
  4. Carbon buildup issues and their long term prevention

Easy way to combat this would be to run an oil separator and don't lug it around all the time. Get the RPMs up in the upper range once a week or more and you'll be fine.
  5. 2015 Saleen 302 Mustang!

It does have slight Camaro resemblance. For me, the slimmer grill makes it look too wide. It could just be the angle though

It's possible it could be capable of 1000 hp but it won't be dependable(compared to stock or even less hp) or relatively streetable. It could be driven on the street, but it's not going to drive like stock or anything close to it.
  7. Daytime Running Lights (DRLs) on the S550

Not required in the US but it is law in Canada. Off topic, if you haven't changed headlight bulbs in your Z, I would highly recommend it. They are putting out less light than halogen at this point. My only dislike with DRLs is when they are applied to either the headlight bulbs(high or low...
  8. If the 1.0 Liter Makes This Much Power...

http://www.pumaspeed.co.uk/viewadvice.jsp?newsID=85 Not to mention Pumaspeed is already coaxing decent numbers out of it with basic mods. The 2.3L will have excellent potential and the aftermarket will be quite stout for it no doubt
  9. Any Rumors On an S550 Lincoln?

The Lincoln Mark VIII was a very revolutionary vehicle. Not just for Ford but for the industry. There was a lot of brand new tech and features that were introduced in 1993 that some cars still don't have today. 1997 saw the first Xenon lighting system from a US manufacturer as well as the Neon...
