Growing up I bought Chevies and Oldsmobiles. That changed in 1999. While out looking for a pickup truck. I had driven the Dodge and Ford Super Duty and only had to try out the new Chevy. I stopped in to the San Jose Ca. Chevy dealer to test drive one. There was a salesman that I had spoken with...
I saw a you tube video of the 80’s camaro updated as a new model. That was a real nice car. In my opinion the current car was long in the tooth. They have kept the current design way too long. They should have re-designed it a few years ago. Maybe use the 80’s model as a start or 70’s. They...
Well, the headlights look good but different than we are used to. I think they look better than the current mustang front end. The new one is fugly! I am not a fan of the led nostrils though. They detract from the look of your front end. But to each his own.
Had this happen yesterday. This morning I was $140 less in the wallet. Mine was stuck in the full down position so I had to take the window out. There are a few videos on line. One thing that helped but no one mentioned was to take a sharpie and add witness alignment marks on the window before...
I stopped by the local Ford dealer this weekend to get a part for my F-250 and saw the new 650’s . The Dark horse was the best looking one of the bunch. The new DH interior was not too bad, the overall body and rear end not as bad as in photos but that face is something only a mother could love...
I did look at this option and they have some great designs out there. The time I was looking into it, the had a pretty healthy price tag attached to each part. I did end up getting a hydrodipped front Mustang emblem. It’s been on about 2 years now and it’s pretty sun faded. FYI before dropping...
How about something like this https://c2aero.com/heat-extractor-hood-vent/
He has other louvres if you want more to add or a different design.
He’s planning on going to Mustang Week and should have some on hand.

Well, it took a while for our schedules to line up but this morning I had the Carter’s Custom front splitter fabricated and installed.
Adam does nice work and now has the pattern for the 2016 Performance Pack GT. It clears the engine bay belly pan brake cooling channel ducts and sits flat as a...
I had my new Carter’s Custom front splitter fabricated and installed. He now has the pattern for the 2016 Performance Pack GT and it clears the engine bay belly pan brake cooling channel ducts and sits flat as a splitter should. I’m planning on attending Mustang Week if you want to see it up...
Thanks for taking the time to figure this out and mod your car. I have a GT performance pack car and I’m not real sure why they put a nice looking Brembo on the front and a stock looking brake on the back. I’m guessing it may have something to do with cooling for the rear brake and the Allmighty...
The bolt covers were bought years ago when I put in the original printed caps. A trip to the truck stop would be in order. I think these are the ones I bought and used a little double sided tape to hold them

Judging from the number of cars with strut tower covers at Mustang Week the last few years I wasn’t alone in not liking the bare hole with plain lock nuts . I just offered a cheaper option to the group. It’s personal preference, if you don’t like it then this diy doesn’t apply to you.
I bought some strut tower plugs from a vendor who went by CC550 years ago. They were color matched printed plastic covers that covered the factory holes in the strut towers. They weren’t fancy like what you can buy now but covered the holes. Over the years the under hood heat has not been kind...
Wow, thanks for the update. I’m sad to hear this as they really do look great. As you stated that’s a lot of cash to put out not only the first time but to do it again. I’m with Farkel above get the replacements and reinstall the originals. Then hopefully you can sell the replacements and recoup...
