I had a 15 GT that got much better gas mileage and that is why I am posting here. I am getting about 16 MPG at 50 MPH in 6th gear with VERY conservative driving and this is not normal by any stretch of the imagination. I am searching for answers as to why this is. This is not normal. There is...
Good evening,
I recently purchased a used 2017 mustang GT from a dealership. It has about 1500 miles on it. The modifications that it has are a Roush cold air intake, Roush axle back mufflers and a Roush H pipe. I just had it tuned and it is making 426 HP. It was making 378 before the tune. It...
Good evening from the dark side,
I am looking to trade my 2016 Corvette for your Mustang GT premium or GT 350. I have had six mustangs and this is my first Corvette- so as they say, if you don’t have anything nice to say....
It is black with red interior, 13k miles, 2LT w the Z51 package...
SOLVED.
So as the title says I just recently purchased a new Galaxy S8. It is running Android 7.0. I have tried to sync the phone to my car and sync is not finding my device even with Bluetooth on and Bluetooth discovery on. I believe that this is probably most likely an Android 7.0 issue and...
Thanks. The tune is $200, correct? If I add and power adders in the future, CAI, H pipe, etc, is there an additional cost for that? Also, I have an SCT 3 tuner that is locked to my old VIN. Can u guys unlock and flash back to stock or should I contact SCT directly?
The Roush axle backs ar the best sounding axle-backs IMO. I had them on my S197 and now on S500. They remind me of the Flowmasters/H pipe combo from the Fox bodies, except there is zero drone. Priceless.
Quick follow up. 2015 Silver GT responded in a seperate thread. I asked the question as to whether or not it makes sense to get a Lund tune on an otherwise stock car. I'm in Florida and don't believe the "cold" part of the CAI. Also, is a Lund tune a Lund tune or would I get different...
25-30 RWHP from a tune alone?
And Akwarreng- "about 40"
Seeing that the cat back adds nothing, and as you said the CAI (which is mostly sucking in hot air)- what tune are you guys running that you are seeing these kinds of numbers? Not being argumentative, but that sounds rather...
There are tons of threads on CAI's so it is needless to start a new one. I'm in Florida and I may see 60's or 70's if lucky for a month or two. I would consider that "moderately cold". The other 9 months of the year, it is in the 90's and 100's- hot as balls. To add that that, IAT's are usually...
Thank you for your response. Now that I think of it, my main concern is basically my neighbors. I think that by the time I leave for work they are mostly all awake but I do not want it to sound like a NASCAR when I start my car in my garage. I am also glad to hear that you have minimal drone...
As the title says, I am looking for someone who has this combination, or any other comparable axle back exhaust I have the Roush axle back on my 2016 GT and I want to hear in person what it sounds like with an X pipe or h pipe. I have watched over 50 videos but still can't seem to tell exactly...
The S550 is markedly more comfortable and user friendly as a DD. The Camaro has ridiculously poor visility both inside and outside the car and the gauges/controls are horrible in the Gen 5 Camaro's. I rate it as a 1 on a 1-10 scale. The designer of the interior should be publically waterboarded...
Valid question. I get tired of cars very very quickly. I've had 6 in the last 5 years. This is my sixth Mustang overall and I really enjoyed my 12 GT (3 cars ago) so I figured I'd try another mustang. I was actually looking at taking over a lease on a 16 Z06 3LZ, then an M4 but couldn't...
