Well, I guess it was inevitable, but this week I sustained the first small nick in the white vinyl striping on the GT500, up front on the hood. What do you guys recommend for patching the vinyl nicks on your cars? Thanks! Jeff

Earl, Yes, that's the dash plate number on my car. I thought it a bit high as well, given when the car was produced/delivered, but maybe there's only a loose association between the chassis number and when it actually rolls off the line??? Just my uneducated wild ass guess.

Follow up on the adjustable strut mount issue for those of us with base model GT500's and handling package. I confirmed with my dealer yesterday and with Noah at Ford Performance that the adjustable strut mounts are only being supplied to owners of the GT500 with carbon fiber track package...

Earl, here are the part numbers of the box contents. The numbers look to be the same as @The Chairman posted a day or so ago.
