Is there any way to do a factory reset? I have tried everything and my navigation still has no sound for voice guidance

Any idea what the Pairing settings under engineering mode is for? Mine shows all zeros

I followed instructions from stangatx website but still no voice guidance sound. Do you have any other ideas why I am not getting voice guidance for navigation? Is there anyway to factory reset and start from scratch.

I switched my navigation to Nextgen but now I have no voice guidance. I hear the volume from my radio decrease like there is going to be voice directions but no voice. I tried switching back to Primo but still no sound either. Do you have any ideas how I can get back the voice guidance

As far as I can see, everything has switched back to English. You might want to also update with the latest fix from www.stangatx.tk I switched to English and updated everything from that website. Next, I will be updating Nav to NextGen.

Thank you so very much bro. That did the trick. I had to use the other code to switch back to English under Sys Update. Finally I am able to enjoy this new navigation unit and it is looking promising so far.
