I love Black!!… I have Ceramic Coated 5 or 6 cars now… it does take some time but the shine is indeed like no other!! Instead of doing all the steps you mention here…. I pop a beer, turn on the toons and simly dust it or use my Elixr !!

My hood is Modern Concepts and it does indeed have the indents for the hood pins! and drilled pilot holes!! …Quick Latch yes..and spendy!

Drilled out the holes and fastened the underside barrels..not using the pins!! all asthetic!! strictly aesthetic…I drilled out the hood holes but did not use the bolts!!

Ok…ok…I said I was done so here is the finished piece… I bought a Ford Performance plain rear deck lid and in the middle will be these !! kinda says it all!!…lmao!!…yes it’s just the Bronco Pony but I think it sums up my build!! Hhhmmmm…now what??? how about a Canadian made 2014 Ford...

With polishing…then polishing…then some more polishing… I did 2 coatsof Ceramic…. It is glass!!!

You realize the stock Mustang hoods are also aluminum…it’s a non issue!! Let your guy know that!,
