DRLs normally turn on when the vehicle is not in park on auto cars. For manual cars, they are on whenever the parking brake is off. When the headlights are on, the fog lights can be turned off.

You'd be surprised how little weight difference there is. I've actually seen coupes that weigh more than their sedan counterparts. I personally don't care how many doors it has as long as we got it.
