Given that those 10 dealers have master engine techs I'm not seeing the difficulty in training people on EV powertrains. Tesla has to train techs just the same. If anything becoming a master engine tech would be far more difficult than dealing with a battery system and electric motors.

If you have an old school flat head screw driver put your hand around the base of the grip and put it to your ear. You can put the flat head side on different areas of the supercharger to better tell where the sound is coming from. This guy shows you what I mean.
