Yes. I have the same tire setup on mine, and living in the cold north of Ottawa, those tires are like hockey pucks at any temp even approaching freezing. Dangerous to say the least, I’m not defending the dealer, however, I’m surprised they didn’t try to blame the owner for operating a car in...
The first thing that jumped out at me was the fact that the car still has the OEM Michelin PS2 Cup's on it.... and it is certainly cold enough to still have ice and snow on the ground. Major "red flag" for even just a normal GT PP2, let alone an extra 250hp. Yikes, i would have refused to "test...
If the Ford dealer you speak of (I too live in Ottawa) is the one alongside the 417 that "sells a lot of Mustangs", good luck to you my friend... I can share some horror stories about them. I drive way across town to Manotick for my service now.. wouldn't trust that dealer to change a wiper...
Shhhh!! I'm not disagreeing with you at all, but don't say "vinyl", Ford (and others) have spend "big money" developing this PU leatherlike material.... LOL
If it is indeed "dye transfer" from clothing or something else, a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser will take it off (works almost every time to clean leather), (mineral spirits on a MF towel works as well, but is harsh on the leather), if the Magic Eraser does nothing, it is not dye transfer (or dirt), it...
Hi all, I'm looking for the stock (OEM) gloss black upper grille for my 2019 Mustang GT (Ford part JR3Z-8200-DD). Long story short, due to a minor mishap, I have a crack in mine and want to replace it (not looking for aftermarket at this time). If you have one and are willing to part with it, I...
Simply amazing work Elvis66! I was going to "toss" my engine cover on my 19, however, after seeing this, I may reconsider now... my car is Kona Blue, but, your work has insired me to get creative. Any tips on what type of paint to use (considering the heat under the hood in our cars). If you...
My 2013 was Oxford White and I originally wanted another white GT, but, this time my wife chose and now that I have it, I'm digging the Kona Blue. Will see what we choose next time... (when the 2022 comes out most likely).
My car was "down" for only 2 hours..... this paint dries quickly (meant to paint engine blocks, and manifolds, etc.)... but, I understand what you're saying...
Just paint them yourself, its actually quite easy and multiple "high heat" quick dry colors are availble. Here is a picture of mine (not PP 6 pistons, just the regular 4 piston Brembo's on my 19 GT), I chose classic Ford engine block blue.
