None of these fluids meet Ford's warranty specs. Only the factory qdc fluid does for the trans. And factory fluid for the diff.

SyncroMAX is marketing term for RP's Synchromesh fluid. Royal Purple, Amsoil, Redline MTL, BG Synchro Shift II, Pennzoil all have Synchromesh fluids.

Sounds like you got a set of the original shocks that are noisy. Been a known issue for months already. Viking has a revised shock out that you can order. Contact your vendor for help.

Run the wire to the passenger foot well. Plenty of wire to get there and much easier than messing with the rear view mirror writing.
