I just ordered the RACE version, one thing to keep in mind, most exhaust systems quiet down some when they "settle" after a bit of use. It will always be the loudest at first install

I preferred the second exhaust as well. would be nice to get some sound clips outside the shop so we can hear what it sounds like without the exhaust vents and shop echo.
