I like those ones - a lot of the other hood vents are larger than the stock ones - I think the stock size is perfect - just want it in gloss black rather than bodymatched colour.

The kit used needs only two wire taps from what I can see. One for the permanent 12V supply and one for the door-unlock connector.

Actually from looking at the installation video again, that control panel switch isn't used for the install - its just dosconnected to allow access but there's no modification or use of that actual armrest control switch.

Ahh okay . . . can you get a replacement plug?

I put those on too as well as the American Muscle LED Diffuser Lights to replace refelctors over the exhaust pipes. I also then couldn't resist the front DRL Fog Light Sequential Turn Signals :

They're great lightst but sadly don't work on the Euro Mustang. I did a full video on it :( :

Oh that's true, I forgot that not all US cars have the motors. All of the EU Mustangs come with motorised mirrors.
