My 2019 has it also. The only time I noticed it Is when I depressed the clutch a bit early as I was slowing down at a stop light. Since the car shifts super smoothly going up the range I was not concerned about it.
Having an instructor in the car would make a lot of sense if the point of the school is to teach drivers new things considering the wide range of abilities and comfort levels, but as you mentioned it would be much more labor intensive.

After discussing this issue with the mechanic who is working on my car who also happens to be an SCCA racer for over 20 years, I learned that for street use oil separators are not needed due to the very low volume of oil that is being separated out.
I was using the system a week or so ago to track the car while it was at the dealership and as I ran into a problem I had to call Ford customer service... I learned that if the battery is disconnected there is no way to track the car, and if the car is moving there is also no way to track the car.
Unfortunately the photos don’t do this paint justice. I am unable to capture the depth of it... It is stunning in person which is the reason I got it. Originally I was looking at black cars as always, but the two I saw in showrooms had more swirl maRed than my 20 year old cars...
