I would buy a battery tender. Hook it up now if you don’t need to start the car right away, plus you have it for next year. They are cheap and will help your battery last a lot longer if you store it every year.

Installed Barton 2 post shift bracket and swapped the transmission fluid with Royal Purple Synchromax. Shifts a bit smoother. Definitely tighter. The bracket was a b**** to install laying on my back under jack stands in the 35 degree NY heat.
