Yes, some articles call the Mach 1 a GT350 without the Voodoo engine.

I guess they wanted to do some retro with the fog lamps but there should have been an option to actually have fog lamps in them if wanted instead of looking like it hood scoops that are not usuable. A track car but instead of being able to let in more air to the engine compartment let's block it.

I do wish the nose lift system was oem.

Here around where I live, my Mach 1 is it. I have not seen any more of them, I have seen BULLITT MUSTANG, Shelby mustangs including a Shelby Truck but no other Mach 1.

I think the Steeda Mach 1 has the vented GT500 hood so they have the same list.

Yea, the Shelby I would get is the GT500.

Ford should have made the base Mach 1 drag strip focused and the Mach 1 with the hp into track focused kinda like the dark horse R and S, same model but different focus.

So have the base Mach 1 modern but have the Mach 1 with the hp very retro. I think that would have been good since people in here keep trying to make the base and the hp separate models, also if they did that the hp should have only had a very small run to make it feel like a different model...

I thought the Mach 1 Tremec was a better version of the GT350 Tremec.

I do think the Mach 1 should have came with the GT500 S'wing regardless base or with the hp. That was one of the first things I upgraded to because the regular wing just does not look correct on the Mach 1 in my opinion.

I agree it was supposed to be the na track killer which is prob why they took so many parts from the 500 and 350/R. I agree there should have been some small thing should be done which is why I had my puddle lights changed:

With more timing and planning what should the Mach 1 been built with? Should it have came with an unique engine? A supercharger? etc...
