I keep it on Auto all the time (dealership is the only one to ever touch that switch...). I have noticed that 2018+ cars ALWAYS have their actual headlights on, vs the 2015-2017's only having the tribar DRLs on during the day. Has to be a sensor thing....
Car looks dumb with headlights on during...
You sure you don't want to just make the 400 mile drive to make sure your $72k purchase is right? You don't have to refuse the car if the paint is not right, but I bet you will accomplish more in-person than over the phone or by email. Remember, there is a survey Ford sends out after the...
This is what I have. It sits in the parking lot at work in the full sun all day, and has survived for 3 years so far. Garaged at home.

Interesting. Here is my 2015 garage kept Central Florida car. I have the Ford ESP for another 9000 miles, wonder if they would cover it.
(Edit: the roof is wrapped by me, don't criticize the edge lines)

Look on the right sidebar. Some sketches and stuff, and also this that shows the Handling Package comes in Manual only:
The water pump's pulley bearings disintegrated which seized the pump at about 4000 rpm in 5th gear. The belt for that pulley shredded and the entire volume of coolant was sprayed under the hood. I pulled off the road and turned off the engine within about 10 seconds of this happening, so no...
If you have gauges between the two AC vents in the middle above radio, then you have a Performance Pack (Came with staggered 19's, not 20's).
If you have a black rear diffuser, big touch screen and leather seats, then you have a Premium GT.
If you have a subwoofer in trunk, you have upgraded...
Water Pump bearing 'disintegrated' which caused the water pump to seize and shred both belts as well as bathe the engine bay in coolant. Replaced water pump and both belts under powertrain warranty. 47800 miles.
I took mine in to have an engine whine diagnosed and the reverse camera checked (TSB). I dropped car off to them for 3 hours and went to take care of other stuff. Contacted dealership on my way back to get an ETA on completion and was told they can replicate either issue. Both issues are...
Don't use 2x4 wood on pinch welds. Or jacks in general. Speaking from personal experience here. They looked safe and all when I was using them on the 2014 Fusion, then all the sudden it split (was only indented about 1/8th inch at the time). Good thing I wasn't under the car and had a jackstand...
So I took it to the dealership today and they diagnosed it as an idler pulley issue. They had to order parts, so I'll have the repair done next week sometime. Mine sounds exactly like the video in first post.
Side Mirror glass came off and puddle light became distorted around 17k miles
AC Evaporator around 20k miles
Windshield de-laminating (bubbles visible between layers of glass when looking at the top of the windshield near roof line) 20k miles
Valve Spring broke at 25k miles
Backup camera started...
So did anyone actually take it to the dealer to diagnose? I have a 2015 manual and it just started (or got loud enough to be noticeable) at 47k miles. Does it when stationary, in motion, with clutch engaged, disengaged, in any gear.
I bought the car (new with 40ish miles on it) at a dealership 100 miles away and learned how to drive it on the way back home. Salesguy at dealership drove it to an empty parking lot for me and gave me a 10 min crash course.
Anyone need a used clutch? "like new"
The Mustang has a deployable wing! Maybe this is the preview of the 2021 Mach 1 which will come with this special wing and the 2015-2017 headlights?
