Hello Phil. For the RHD Mustangs the battery tray etc. will be the mirror image of the LHD. Our system was designed to work with both LHD and RHD platforms. :thumbsup:

Like I said above, we didn't patent the strut system, which has obviously been around for years. We patented our unique lower fender bolt-in attachment system, which we developed.

Actually, our fender bracket bolt-in attachment method is unique, so unique that we filed a patent on it. Pretty sad when a company blatantly copies your design exactly. :frusty: Sadly, it's not the first time they have done it either and is one of the main reasons we went through the expense...

Yes, there is one small hole that needs to be drilled in the plastic battery cover on the passenger side: We even include the step drill bit with purchase of the system to make a perfect hole. :thumbsup:

Our aluminum inserts are anodized and our bolts are plated, there is no risk of galvanic corrosion over time. :thumbsup:

As there will always be other options other than our Hood QuickLIFT system, we want consumers to be informed before making a decision purchase. For such a simple product, we spent over a year with this design... final function (lifting and closing along with full-open force) are the keys...
