Are you using a OBD Link MX?

Erase the profile in FORScan and start over and it will see it. When I can't see a module I know was there before I do that (someone on a different thread shared that).

As Built file Go to Motorcraftservice.com and select Free Resources and then Quick Guides and then the Module Build Data (or https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt) and then enter the vin number to get the original as built.

Compare I put my as-built file in a folder with an identifiable prefix and then the one I want to campare with with the last eight of the vin# as a prefix. Then load the app and put yours as file 1 and the other/s after that.
