According to where I took mine they say they did. Plus to change the axles the hub nuts would have had to been re-torqued and that was an area of concern on other posts so....

If you look at the chart at the top of the page it looks like on both but more reported on the manual at least on here.

You can access it behind the gas pedal as that is home I put the plug in mine when I removed the tube I bet if you put some needle nose pliers in there you can remove it
