So what is the general consensus to get more "cheap" bass? I think I read where I could just replace the actual subwoofer in the oem enclosure and get a better amp...is that correct? Or would I need to upgrade the enclosure somehow....I prefer the oem look. My truck has a completely new sound...

Hey guys! Odds are I will not drive my 500 much this winter. I will be looking in to getting a good cover for the dust etc. do most hook up a battery charger or trickle charger so you don’t waste a good battery? Just wondering what the best way to temporarily “store” a car is. thanks! scott

I agree...there is 100% no substitute for the sound of aftermarket headers. But, on the 500 the oem manifolds are very efficient...headers are worthless unless going after max hp. $2000 plus install for headers is not what I am looking for on this car for minimal gains...I will keep this car on...

I always thought of magnaflow as one of the best..if not the best sounding exhausts out there....BUT terrible drone. I wouldn't mind trying the competition cat back but I am afraid of the drone. My GT500 is my daily driver I don't want ridiculous drone.

So you just cut the oem mufflers out and replaced them? You didnt just do a magnaflow cat back? I guess you lost the active exhaust part?
