I've experienced the same thing on the acceleration, hadn't noticed the cold idle changed you mention. Mine has done this a handful of times, only first thing in the morning both with and without a Livernois tune and a Airaid CAI. I even replaced the throttle body with another stock one to see...
I have an Airaid CAI installed. Where I work we have a full sheet metal fabrication facility. I had the idea the other day to design a welded stainless steel fitting that would mate up to the top of the Airaid intake filter box with the clear viewing window removed. In theory, it would reuse...
FYI - I bought a few of jus10's for sale items. Items came exactly as described, in great shape and shipped promptly! Thanks! I tried to figure out how to give him an iTrader rating but I couldn't find where to do it.

With traction control off, stability control shouldn't kick in at all on a straight burn out unless you start getting sideways. A little kick out, no, but anything more than say 5-10 degrees then yes. And be glad it does.
This is no joke guys. I'll just say that I learned from experience that you don't turn the stability control off. Just don't. I got very lucky with the circumstances but trust me on this one.
Weird, I'll try my personal computer when I get home today. Thanks.
EDIT: Yep, I checked from my phone and the pics are there. Must be something my work network filtered out for some reason. Thanks again.
For those of us that do not already have the k brace and are just installing the strut tower brace, does anyone know what size/type or where I can get the two bolts we will need for the driver side?
The last time it happened to me and I pulled it back and took a look and didn't see anything wrong. I unplugged the harness and plugged it back in and then the camera was fine. That said, it has happened 3-4 times and every other time it went away on its own after 30 minutes or so.
I lost camera on a hot Houston day a couple weeks ago. It showed DTC C1001 when I plugged up to check. Here is what I found online regarding that DTC. Not sure it this will help or not but at least you know what wiring harness area to check and that this is a fairly common issue.
2015-2016...
Well, it happened again. Same exact thing, same exact place. We had a "Houston cold front" pass through so it was like 58F outside first thing in the morning leaving for church. Pulled out on to the frontage road and got on it, maybe 70% throttle to get up and quickly merge onto the highway...
Quick update: I ran a bottle of Royal Purple’s Max-Clean through the car and it has been great since then. It may have been as simple as something being gummed up or dirty from cheap fuel or bad maintenance from the previous owner. That and it sat for several months before I bought it. So...
