So I just disconnected the redecoration tube and added a small filter so I could hear the turbo blow off and now i hear a turbo flutter. Is this ok? I hear a lot of mixed opinions. Want to know if I should remove the filter as since I installed this the flutter began.

I know there are probably 1 million threads like this, but just had some questions. What are the "REAL" cons to these two? I've been wanting to lower the car about an inch and add wheel spacers, but my "car buddy" is so against it the two, that he has almost convinced me not to do these two...
