I went down the supercharged route, so I'm getting rid of the CAI from my GT. It's painted Black (UA) to match my car. It has about 10k freeway miles, hasn't been washed or anything yet. $250.00 OBO.
PM me if you have any questions!
I finished my Whipple install, took it for a spin, ran great. Shut it off, got gas, and on the way back I got a check engine light and the idle was kind of high. The code was a P0171 System Too Lean Bank 1. So I checked and my Whipple catch can was kinda loose, so I tightened it up, cleared...
I'm having a hard time getting the harness to plug into the blue plug behind the engine. Has anyone else had this issue? I fired it up and the fans/pump didn't come on, so I think I am in the wrong blue plug. So I'm trying to swap it, and its hard to get the plug to snap all the way in.
I put it together this weekend with the help of my dad. It all went pretty smooth. I had to go out of town for xmas before I got my tune, so it hasn't been fired yet, but it's ready to go for when I get home
For those of you running Whipples, do you guys all use catch cans? I see plenty of arguments going around if catch cans are needed or not. What do you guys think? If yes, what catch can do you use with your Whipple?
Hello, new to the forum. I used to go on allfordmustangs.com a lil but it feels like a ghost town on there. This forum seems a bit more lively.
I have a 2015 GT PP, right now it just has a JLT intake, tune and Ford Racing exhaust. Next up is a Whipple.
