I wanted to post a snarky response to the original question but I have a feeling we're going to be seeing a lot of people moving over from imports. That means we're going to have a lot of new questions from people who are not familiar with the Mustang. I figure it's better to be nice and answer...
True dat.
I guess my better advice to the OP would be "don't worry about it, wait until you get the car to figure out what you need/want from the aftermarket."
I know, I said that I am one.
This. I'm not saying DON'T modify it, I'm just wondering the logic behind asking about mods for a car that we don't even have the horsepower numbers for, much less any idea what is and is not restricting the performance of it.
1.) Currently drive a modified 2007 Alloy Grey Mustang GT.
2.) Previous cars have been a Ford Windstar (don't ask, it was free) and a Dodge Intrepid.
3.) See #1.
The car has not even been test driven yet, why are people asking about mods? We don't even know what it will need. This is coming from a guy who loves to mod cars, but why ask about a CAI if you don't even know if it will be useful? You are basically asking "how can I waste my money?"
I'm pretty much looking forward to EVERYTHING! The 2015 ticks every box for me so far. Better interior, European looks, American muscle, and much better handling. There's way too much to narrow it down to one thing.
I could, but it puts my budget a little too close to the edge for my comfort and I need to get a beater for the winters in the Northeast. She's a good car that I absolutely love (and honestly thought I'd never give up, seeing how much I learned modifying her) but I know I'll find the right...
Hello everyone!
My name's Chris and I just ordered my Oxford White GT with Redline interior this week! Manual, of course. I also went with the Recaros and Performance Pack.
I currently own a modified 2007 GT, manual as well, that I embarass myself with around the track occasionally.
